The Business Office main phone number is 615-886-4757. This number can be utilized when patients are calling to inquire about their billing concerns. Each patient calling this number will have the convenience of having their basic billing questions (e.g., account balance, when and to whom account was billed, payments received, etc.) answered by our 24-hour/7-days-per-week electronic phone service. Of course, if you prefer you may speak to a patient account representative.

Our Business Office is open to take calls from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Central Standard Time. As noted above, our Electronic Phone Service can answer basic patient billing concerns 24 hours/7days a week.
